Happy St. Catrick's Day everyone. Neko is celebrating by laying flat on the solarium floor, taking in the spring time sunshine. We had some early morning St. Catrick's Day green, paws crossed more comes later today.

I got to sleep through until the rowing alarm went off. Some part of me really likes it when I can wake the cats up in the wee hours. :cool:

OT: Very cold this morning, 2 degrees C - I felt like I was getting frost bite on my blisters.:confused: Good planet and star watching for this morning's row.

Well, you know sometimes a little enjoyment out of that:p Yikes on the weather, it's 88 degrees here today and that sun is hot. Our miserable summer is coming:arghh:

BRRRR is all I can say to that, Wendy! I've been wanting to start a walking program in the mornings right after Boomer's shot. But it's too chilly lol. I am totally wimpish when it comes to cold weather.

Hope Neko makes it to the lagoon for you!
 
Up to 15C this afternoon, plenty warm for a paddle in the lagoon.:D

We were rowing at the coldest part of the day, but I still had to shed layers part way through the workout.
 
Nothing like some good exercise to get the blood warmed up! They say it's best to start your workout when it's cooler - I think you burn more calories that way. No way would you get me out of bed that early when it was that cold!!!! EPID!

Neko's looking lovely in her St. Patrick's Day outfit. How is your DF doing? And Theo? I tried to keep up with everyone while I was gone, but I feel like I missed some stuff.
 
Well that was a quick dip, water must have been cold. The solarium, on the other hand, was warmer than it's been in a long time. :)

From yesterday's report DF is doing fine. DM is trying to get him to do more of the physio exercises but the nice weather means he's getting a good walk on the deck outside. We are going up on Sunday for a belated birthday celebration.

Theo is now down to one pred a day, and seems a bit less anxious about food, thank goodness. He was whacking his ball around yesterday and during btb this morning he was under the covers warming my shoulder, giving me a neck massage and a fascial. :joyful:
 
Brrrrr. Especially on the water. Neko's got the right idea. Hang out in the warmth!

Glad all seems well with your kits and DF.

Sounds like Neko enjoyed the sunny afternoon today.
I love how their fur smells after sunbathing.
Glad to hear that Theo's pred tapering off is going well. :)
