I have that problem sometimes too. Just close it and reopen, and then when you enter the information, wait wait wait for it to show up. It can sometimes take a long time

ty sue! good to see u. finally got it working. probably my pc. vry old and slow. scares me bc if/when it crashes 1 day not sure what ill do. take care lady.
