Hi, today at the ens of the cycle he dropped at 86 at +10, I gave some food and rose up to 164. After a half an hourI should give the dose and I have to test him in 15 minutes in order to decide the dose. Surelly I'll reduce it but I hope the BG will rise a little.

Hi Andrea,

You're following SLGS and the guideline says to reduce by 0.25 u if you get a BG of 90 or lower. So, yes, drop the dose to 1.75 u.
