Punkelflat stayed in the 70s pretty much all day/night :razz:

Phone guy is here to fix the phone, it went dead during the storm....but that's not the funny part. As he came up, I apologized for taking so long to come down onna counta I had to shoot my cat. :lol: Yes, I got "the look" then I explained and he felt better, it seems he himself lives with two cats. Once I heard he had cats, I whipped out Janet and Binky's food chart and explained the evils of dry food......he now has a copy of it in his back pocket as he's shimmying up the telephone pole. :mrgreen:

That is a funny story!! I find myself stopping people in the cat food aisle sometimes too...and telling everyone I know about the choices of food that is much better for their kitties....of course, some of my friends have to remind me at times that they don't have cats... :lol: but I am always talking about it. (well, I feel so bad that I fed my two kitties dry food for 12 years! the old vet I had said it would keep their teeth clean...gag. I really feel soooo bad that i didn't know about the dangers...)
Oh well...
Fleapunk has been on the phone with my two about their St. Patty's Day party tomorrow and they wanted me to let YOU know about it....all the kitties are invited and so far it seems that most will be able to attend. Fleapunk said he is also coming to help with the cleanup (another few days of partying...and some cleaning up) :lol: They just LOVE to party!!! Any excuse to all get together and have a great old time....might be a nice night off for all the Beans if they kitties are all partying here. Hope you have a great day today!!
 
One of my closest friends is a physician and we talk about our cats' health all the time. She recently took in her 10 or 11 yr old kitty for a dental and was thinking that the recent change to an all wet diet has ruined their teeth. BAH! I straightened her out lickety. Plus, she and her DH are so pleased that their cats are no longer butterballs (they both lost significant weight upon switching to the all canned food diet).

And hey! I think the telephone guy got a great tip. It might not be the one he was expecting, but I bet its one he needed!!
