What to say about yesterday.... At least the AM cycle did not see a horrific bounce after his dive the night before. Mannie managed a mid blue surf before heading back to the land of the pinks. We have a 404, this AM, and this bean sure does hope we can head down. Good to go Mannie? :-D

Normalcy in MannieLand today. YAY: the bean did not oversleep, nor did the furbabies. :-D Things are at last more or less back on schedule. Mannie was his usual furry purry self, dishing out purrs and head rubs during test, several off key vocalizations while breffis was being dished up, even a few nom nom purrrrrrrrrrr nom nom during chowdown. Clean plate club status remains intact. It was cute this AM: Mannie greeted me as I came up the stairs, then casually sauntered off to the nanner pile, where they all got the once over: licks and nudges. He had to make sure all was well before testing began. :lol: :cool: Just as well - gave me time for a cup of ~O) before I attempted the pokie routine.

Greetings my friends. Ok.... I think I got it straight now. I printed off your photos and stuck them up on the wall by my bed.... this is Gracie, this is Tess, and repeated it several times last night. Love when the have to do the check, check, check,....first.

Attie does that every once in awhile looking for "his" ball.

Michelle: thank you for your comments on our condo today. I agree with you 100%....manipulating the numbers with food is a very wonderful tool; I just think Gracie may be doing another change and we were overdoing it...not responding to her changes but just doing the same thing over and over. Always a learning experience :lol: :lol: :lol:

Ok Mannie...I forgive you; it's not that hard you know to tell Tess and me apart; she's sleek and sexy silver; I'm beautiful brown; she is mature and elegant; I'm still a crazy baby. But we forgives you. Now..TIME FOR FUN and we all need NIPTINIS!!!! Daddybean much better today with KTSS!!

Hi Marjorie - he is soooooooooooo glad that he is off the hook with the girls :lol: :lol: :lol: what fun that was! -- and I know on the changes... such a guessing game sometimes. I think Mannie is in a way too. His bounces don't always clear as fast as they used to, so there have been too many times when I've had to wait them out, wait on dose adjustments when I really wanted to change them but couldn't safely since he was in a huge bounce - and we all know with him that those bounces are usually followed by a huge dive... Very hard sometimes to just let him do his thing... aiyee! always something isn't it?

Hi Karrie - he's working on the coming down - not too bad so far, hope it continues... -- and I think I need to send him to Rusty's for some singing lessons... :lol:

Tess - OH MY! Ella Bean's birthday???? We need to go, and make a cake and stuff... Sweet! ohhhh and party favors and horns and stuff. I am on my way to get all you guys! ~~ Mannie

I missed most of the fun yesterday, got bogged down in "work", but it was hilarious reading up on it today. Mannie, I'm glad you got it all straightened out!!!!! Now you can get busy on keeping those numbers coming down. Oh, I hear some familiar sounds in the kitchen. Mannie, are you and the kitchen krew here baking? Rusty is really excited about something!!

YAY!!! My old faithful meter arrived in the mail today (FAST delivery from ADW!!). So back to the old and familiar. I did compare the Maxima with the infinity: 209 Maxima, 259 infinity. So..... PMPS tonight will be the 209, as the Maxima will be my meter going forward.

I also ordered the Freestyle Lite as by additional backup - and hope to try it our tomorrow.

This was funny- I let Mannie outside late this afternoon - my goodness he was so happy - sniffing, exploring. Well it got to be close to test/shoot/feed time, so I went and called him - and yes he will come in when called. not today.... This went on for 10-15 minutes. so I grabbed his can of food, stood on the deck, banged the can with a spoon, yelling "soups on!". :lol: :lol: :lol: I have never ever seen him move so fast. I didn't know the boy had it in him. Across the back yard, across the patio, up the steps, across the deck - 8 seconds flat. Maybe he should take up track and field. :shock: Mannie's motto?: never ever miss a meal. :lol:

Hi Ann - no worries, really! I am late in getting to them too... And yes - so happy the old reliable meter is back. Me too on the freestyle - I've heard good things about it, and am anxious to give it a test.

Yes on the Maxima arriving! :-D :-D :-D I'm not sure when mine will get here. I do have the old one and some strips , but I don't want to change until I'm sure there are enough.

Hi Georgia - no problem - really! I am in the same boat too some days - life just gets in the way. :-D I too had to laugh when he saw that can of food and shot across the lawn - it was funny.

Hi Ann - i am so glad to be rid of the Infinity - don't even care that I have 5 boxes of strips left... well, it will be my backup, so good I suppose that I have enough strips for it. I ordered the meter through ADW - very inexpensive. They shipped on Monday, it was here on Tuesday. awesome service! Hear ya on the not changing yet, I would wait if I were you too.
