Hi ladies since Frodo dropped 3 separate occasions in the 40's
Or is it 3 separate occasions under 50?

Should she reduce to 1.50 units since he's a long term diabetic,is this correct?
Paulina's from Ireland so it's probably 8 AM there already
Thanks ladies

This is a post you may wish to read: Reminder: *earning* reductions and starting OTJ trials

If you consider Frodo to be a cat that doesn't hold reductions well (long term diabetic or not), reductions are earned when he goes three times between 40 and 49, on separate days, or a week in green. I see he's gone 4 times into the 40's on this dose. If you think he does fine holding reductions, the guidelines is once below 40.

Hiya. Thanks for the reply. What does “doesn’t hold reduction well” mean??

Thank you. I think he’s doing quite well on lantus although he has the tooth resorption and that sometimes messes up all he achieved. Although he seems to be better now it’s not quite normal yet as he kinda bounce and some days are better some worse (I mean the numbers - as otherwise he behaves completely happy) :):bighug::cat:
