Checkers bg is a little lower than usual, this morning.
He was unusually hungry and ate almost a whole can of FF. Hope it doesn't mean anything bad. Maybe he didn't like what I left out overnite.
Trying to desensitize his flank area. He has always hated being touched below the waist.

Pat, I don't like to sound like an idiot, but I don't know how to join a party. I'm new at posting here. Duh!
Tell me where it takes place, and Checks and I will be there, with our party hats on.
Do I just look for your post? Thanks for the invite.

Dental tomorrow. Gotta get the carrier out now, 'cause if he hears it in the morning, he'll disappear like magic.
Hope I can get his tummy filled by 9 PM. His civvie brothers are going to put up a fuss, when they have no food down overnite. Life is tough. lol

 I get the carriers out the night before too. My two could not eat after midngith. they just went last week I think it was. I hate dentals so much. so stressful!
anyway, neither one had any extractions or anything and they were fine when I picked them up. Sometimes, they suggest putting the kitty in a darkened room when you bring them home and keep them in the carrier if they seem wobbly or sick. When you feed him, only give about a tablespoon at first and feed the same in a little while...feed slowly so he doesn't vomit.
Wishing you good luck tomorrow...hey, maybe Checkers will feel up to stopping by even if it is only for an hour tomorrow night....we'll see how he feels. Hoping that all goes well for you both!
Did your vet say no food or water and no insulin in the morning?
Ugh...i feel it all over again...it's so close to theirs last week. I was such a baby till I got them both back safe and sound. I missed them and they weren't even gone so long....geee.....
Good luck Barb....and Checkers too of course....((HUGS))
