Good Morning LL! Thank you Elsa! :coffee: :coffee: Finally a reasonable AMPS number. Thanks for all the visits yesterday. We are aware of the possibility of a big drop from the bounce clearing and/or NDW and were prepared for it. Giving R so many time yesterday was nerve wracking, but we couldn't leave her that high. John did test for ketone and it was negative. It was such a relief to see that slow slide last night. I probably should have waited another day for the last dose increase, all those blacks were getting to us though.:nailbiting:

On the bright side Appy is good this morning, although not quite CPC yet. Still waiting to hear back from the vet on the ultra sound appt. I actually hope it is an infection and a different AB or a longer course can knock it out.

WCR All 5 Ps, Clean Plate Club, Vines to all the kittehs in need of them and hugs to all their beans.

Much better, Tess! And a huge relief about ketones, too. I have no R experience, but you guys are so diligent that I have no doubt Tess is in the very best hands under all circumstances!! I can imagine all that black was very nerve-rattling. Stay down now, Tess, OK?

BTW, Trix has been on Zeniquin for her "mystery" infection and it has worked absolute wonders for her....don't know if you guys have tried that one yet.

Morning Ann and John :coffee::coffee::coffee:

It was great to see that slow slide down last night. YAY for a decent amps. My hat goes off to you guys, you are handling this all so well. I now all too well how nerve-wracking all those black alphas can be.... YAY too for negative keytones.

Nice too on the good appy. :joyful: I hope you hear back soon from teh vet on the U/S appt. We had to wait so long to get one... I hope that won't be the case with Tess. Since they are looking for something. I suspect you get one right off. Good luck!

Enjoy your day today. I hoe all goes well.

Great to see a nice slide down and a nice WCR for Tess- sending continuing healing vines and prayers for continued progress- you guys are awesome! Plus, I hope you hear from the vet on the US soon- waiting is unbearable!

Turn around, Tess! Wow, you guys have had quite a week. I missed a lot of it when we were in the city, but got the gist. I hope you get your U/S appt. soon. Rusty's is scheduled for 26 March. We have to go to Vermont to see an IM specialist. She and the diagnostic- imaging dept. are in a veterinary referral center, not a regular vet practice. The departments are: cardiology, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, oncology, veterinary eye care, surgery, physical rehabilitation, behavior, dermatology for animals, and anesthesia (consultant). It will probably cost a fortune!

Good luck with the dosecrease. We increased today, too.

Hugs and scritches,

Ella & Rusty
