Don't know why last night's pmps etc aren't posted, I know I was here. Must have forgotten to do my own. DUH!
Anyway, he is one flat kitty, since last night. Hope he gets out of pink today.

OT: I'm not looking for sympathy, just want to explain to friends, that I do condos late, because sitting here is hard most mornings, until pain med kicks in. I can't wait for good weather, to get back to PT. It's too far away to drive in winter.

Checks and Rusty must be having a party on the pink floor this morning. Let's hope they decide to come down soon!

Sorry to hear that your back is really bad today, Barb. Maybe the physical therapist can give you some exercises you can do yourself so that you can feel a bit better. Do you know this book?: Mary Pullig Schatz, "Back Care Basics. A Doctor's Gentle Yoga Program for Back and Neck Pain Relief" (Berkeley, 1992). It is excellent. And very easy to follow.

Well look at that Checkers! You are already almost to blue.

Big hugs to you Barb! ((((HUGS)))) Chronic pain is horrible. I hope your weather gets better quick so you can get back to PT. I do a LOT of yoga, especially when I am sore and even have DH doing some for his bad back.

Hi Barb, it looks like Checkers is coming down on a nice slide, good job Checkers. Oh you have my sympathy, Barb, on the pain and sitting. Weather sure does play a roll, the barometric pressure. I've been wanting to ask about pt, and it's understandable with the drive. This was the big reason why I moved west.
Sending feel better vines and hugs. Scritches to Checkers, Tux, Clancy and Missy (sorry, can't think of parakeet's name) :-D

The weather bothers me, only when it rains for days on end.
The problem is in my thighs, only in the morning, caused by the spinal thing.
It takes a very long time to be functional in the morning.
I need to get back to spinal specialists, but not until snow is gone for good. I only made 2 visits last Fall, then it turned bad.

I'm so done with snow. I'm sorry I gave away my DH's snowshoes. At least, I could have had some fun in it.

Since this is Checkers' condo, I should mention him, huh? He doesn't seem to feel well today. He's sleeping in my bed....highly unusual for him. He spends his days following me around, or on the couch or in cube.
Hmmm, maybe the electric blanket is still on. :roll: :roll:

It just hit me. I've said many times, that I think hamburg meat raises his bg. It doesn't make sense, but once again, he had some this afternoon, and now here he is, pink. And no....he doesn't get it on a bun. :lol:

Ann, my mom's doctor used to tell her, to move to Arizona for her RA...dry heat, I think. We lived in Pgh.

I bet Checkers enjoyed that hamburger. Too bad it raises his BG. I hope he comes back down soon. Sorry your back and legs are bothering you so much. I hope winter is over for you soon so you can get back to PT.

I could have sworn I posted in Checkers' condo this morning, but there's no post.
 
Hey, Barb. I wish I could tell you what the music in the video is. A friend of mine did the video so I haven't a clue where he got the music or what it is.
