Good Morning All,
Checks is unusually active this morning. I needn't have worried about the fact that he wasn't interested much in breffis, since he gobbled up the lightly cooked pieces of pot roast, and begged for more, then stole Clancy's.
Oh the things we do for our beloved furballs. I can't don't use onion I love, in cooking things that will be shared with the kitties. Not to mention, I had cut a piece off the outside of the beef, as it cooked.
Guess fresh cooked meat is yummyer than canned cat food. :lol:

Wondering if his high amps is a result of a dive last night, after hours. I gave a couple drops of Karo, so I could go to bed.

It's a beautiful, sunny day here. Supposed to finally warm up to 50. Some of my snow piles in my walking path, will melt. Yay!

that's a very steep drop to +3.
I should know this by now, but, should I try to get him to eat, to surf?

He just filled his belly with roast beef,less than an hour ago; shouldn't that keep him surfing?
He's napping, and I tested him and let him go back to sleep.

Gosh checkers, you are ready to move today aren't you! Would checkers normally eat at +3? I know each cat is different, but sometimes in the past if it wasn't time for mocha to eat and she was at a number like that I would not feed, and see what she could do on her own .. but that was just us, and you have to do what you feel comfortable doing .. you know checkers and you know he could surf here for a few hours or he could continue dropping like this ... I wish I knew for certain what to tell you barb ....

Posted +3, instead of 3.25. Split hours take too much room in title line.
I need to change time on the meter, I'm all confused. :lol:

Morning Barb - wow, another great morning for Checkers - he sure does like that +3 drop. If it were Mannie, the king of dives, I would be feeding a small amt of MC at the +3, only because of the drop from the +2. I normally have to put on the brakes for him, as he usually won't do it on his own, at least in the +2, +3 range... but ecid and all that. Interesting that checkers posts a 78 with no food. nice!

looks like you handled that perfectly barb! From 73 to 78 with no food? Just a beautiful surf .... Let's see how long he can surf here in the greens ...

I didn't offer food again at +3, because he ate so much at +2. I wanted to see what he would do on his own, this time. Normally I feed at 1,2 &3.
I just don't know how to keep him surfing longer, in the middle of the cycle.

Surf, Chex, Surf! I hope the food is finally kicking in, this is the perfect level to surf at.

Phooey! Back up to 159 at +6. Not food related.
I know that's a nice blue, but still, I wanna longer green surf. Yeah I know, everybody does. :-D

You'll see green again barb ... remember, healing numbers are healing numbers, no matter what the color!
