AMPS 160

Unless something dramatic happens today, I think I'm going to fatten a little tonight. I noticed Buster limping yesterday afternoon and this morning. He didn't trot across the backyard when I called him in for dinner - he walked and actually stopped about half way, which is when I noticed him limping. Looks like front passenger wheel. I did some checking last night and he doesn't seem sore to the touch. All p's in place, but he did seem kinda paranoid this morning - looking around before he ate and he stopped a couple of times while eating to look over his shoulder. Hopefully it's nothing, but something seems just slightly amiss. "They" came and chopped up the tree that had fallen on our wall yesterday morning, too - I'm sure that was unsettling with the chainsaws and wood chipper. I wish they could have told me they were coming. I will recruit the DH to help hold tonight while I check him a little more thoroughly - I didn't look at his toes, maybe he tore a nail.

And what is today...?!?!?!??! FURDAY!! HOORAY!!!

I hope it's nothing serious with Buster limping. Hopefully he just strained something. Good luck if you decide to fatten the dose tonight.

Well, something drastic happened - love that 52!! Dose threat for the win!! Fed him a good lunch and I'll go back to check on him in a little bit (dont' tell my boss!). DH helped me make a thorough inspection on his lil foot - can't see anything out of place and he didn't protest at all to any poking, pushing, pulling or squishing. We'll just watch it - prolly bounced funny off the brick wall while chasing a lizard or something.

OT: The kittens are starting to wobble around - woo! I swear some days this is the only thing that gets me through TBP...Kitten cam!!

Buster's reading his condo again!  Could it be his shoulder or elbow that was causing him to limp? Hopefully it was just a little tweak and he's back to normal.

Didn't fatten tonight and I'm pleasantly surprised he's only at 107 for PMPS. We'll have to see where the night takes us! I took Liz's suggestion and poked around Buster's elbow and shoulder. The elbow area seems to be a bit of an issue. Not sure what that means, but hoping he just tweaked it. He doesn't seem to be excited about trotting or running. I do have some Tramadol in the house for one of my droolers. Wonder if that would help? I think he needs extra snuggles, personally...
