Good morning everyone!
Well Lou is still bouncing, and for once, that's okay with me. Hopefully this one doesn't last a full 4-5 cycles, because then that would be annoying.

It looks like we might have caught a break with the storm. It rained far longer than I thought we would have, and we got about an inch of snow overnight. When I woke up this morning, there was a lull: Wind, but no snow or blowing snow. Unfortunately, my job sucks and doesn't see the benefits of closing clinics when even the city offices have closed. So while I thought I wouldn't even try to go to work, I find myself at work this morning. It really didn't seem like it was going to be that bad, and the lull didn't give me any reason not to try to come in to work. So we're still under a blizzard warning, but so far, it's not nearly as scary out there as it should have been. WHEW!!

I hope you all have a wonderful day and your kitties surf safely (Here's looking at you Ollie! @Olive & Paula). Thank you again for your well wishes and power outage prep advice. I feel like since I was actually prepared and ready to rock and roll, I likely wouldn't need it. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

I hope Lou comes back down soon. Glad the storm hasn't been as bad as they predicted for you. I hope it stays that way.

Glad the storm wasn't as bad as they said. Who expects the weather people to get it right anyways. And when you are prepared it never happens, it's when your not prepared.

Hope Lou slides down quickly.

That's great the weather never panned out. Still, freezing rain can be pretty treacherous. I hope you had a safe drive home.

I have always thought it was weird that some cats bounce around like rubber balls (Loudogg and Leo), and others are solid as a rock. Maybe someday science will develop a test to tell us exactly why this happens.
