Yesterday's Condo

I got lots of much needed kitty cuddles last night from both Gabby and Gizmo. It was a tough day. My colleagues threw a goodbye party yesterday as I'm changing jobs and leaving Chicago in a few weeks. I've been in the job for 18 years, created 2 programs, and trained a surprisingly large number of people. The reality of just how enormous this move is going to be is beginning to catch up.

Good morning, have you found a place yet? If so which part of the city did you decide on? I hope you find the weather here a little more accommodating. It is not always as cold and snowy as what you saw when you came here to visit, hopefully it was just an anomaly this winter.

Nice sunny start. The kitties must have known you needed extra cuddles last night after the day you had. It is so hard to make such a big change. You have obviously touched many lives in Chicago and they wanted to say thank you. Have a great day Sienne!

New beginnings are always hard, and saying goodbye is the most difficult, as all the good cream rises to the top!

Those kitties knew what you needed, lots of cuddles and comfort. And a dip in the green lagoon! :mrgreen:
