10th cycle back at .5, 3rd with no HC given at +1... last night was better/flatter but this morning's AMPS is the highest we've seen in a while :(. I'm not really sure what's going on. Callie is doing well otherwise (anti-jinx!) - allergies aren't terrible, no asthma attacks or seizures that we've seen, 5 ps all good.

I think we may need to increase to .75. What do you think @Bandit's Mom @tiffmaxee ?

You can increase tonight itself, if you'd like. Needn't wait till tomorrow morning.

Thanks, Bhooma. We'll increase to .75 tonight.

What do you think about feeding higher carbs at +1 when we go up? I was planning not to at first so we could see what her cycles look like without it. If we do that, we might need to go to 3 drops under 50/68 because I'm hoping we can keep her at .75 for a bit and she does still seem to like a steep onset drop, especially in the AM...

Agree and agree. See how she does without carbs and then intervene if necessary. Also 3 drops below 50/68 makes sense. :-)
 
And just when I thought I understood Callie's patterns... We increased to .75 tonight and she was flat as a pancake at +2 so I thought it was going to be an early night. I did a before bed test just now (+3.75) and she's 76 on Relion and 69 on AT (PMPS was 106 on both meters and +2 was 104/103.)

I gave Callie her reg LC snack since she's usually flattened out/rising by now in her cycle. I will test again at +4.75 to make sure she's staying in safe numbers.
