Good morning, everyone,

We have tons of snow and it isn't supposed to stop snowing until 8 p.m. It is amazing out there. Rusty is nice and snug in his basket. The radiators are warm, and all is well. It's 3 degrees outside, so the snow is powder snow. Very lovely. One of the guys snowshoed to the party last night, carrying a cauldron of soup. We drove: on the way home you could hardly see where the road was. Often in the northeast there are blizzards in mid March.

Rusty is having a bounce this morning. We'll see what he does today.

Nice blue start for Rusty and yay for snow! We usually get one snow in March here so I imagine you get it as well. Wow on the guy snowshoeing the soup. That is talent right there. Have a great day Ella!

oh my on all the snowfall there. it sounds gorgeous. I LOVE the guy that snowshoed to the party, carrying that cauldron. How cool is that. :-D You guys be safe, I am sure you will. Sounds like a stay at home, admire the snow type of day.

Hi again,
I think AMPS might have been a bad test, otherwise it was a huge drop. Anyway, the LagoonMeister is on duty.

The snow is mostly over for the time being, but the wind is fierce and it is 9 degrees. I walked about half way to the post office and had to turn back because of the wind, my knee, and the unplowed sidewalks (all the snow on the roads was dumped onto the sidewalks by the plows). Edward kept going and told me that I was wise to turn back.

Rusty is in his perch, watching the snow blowing off the evergreens. He just finished his lunch and we had a nice combing and brushing.

Wow on all your snow. That was good you decided to turn back with all the wind and your knee.

YAY! SNOW DAY! :lol:

I think it should be your last one! I love snowshoeing. It is one heck of a workout but I have never done it carrying soup wow!

Rusty is having a good day by the looks of it. Now you keep your knee safe and out of the unplowed areas. Nothing is that important. Well Rusty might be! :lol:

So much for the bounce! :lol: :lol: Sounds like a grand party last night, I hope you have some leftover chili so you don't have to try to go out again.

Nice greens for Rusty today. Wow on all your snow. That would be great. We didn't get enough snow for me this year. Wow on the guy bringing the soup on snowshoes. Be careful you don't hurt your knee on the unplowed areas.

Rusty did a great job recovering from his bounce, if that's what it was. :mrgreen:

What a lot of snow. Sounds like time to stay inside and warm tonight. Good thing you turned back and took care of your knee.

Hi again and thanks for visiting. Rusty has a good PMPS. It's zero degrees F. and going down tonight to about -10. But all this snow is good insulation. We had some interesting birds at our feeders today: the usual chickadees and goldfinches, but also cardinals (who usually only come to us occasionally) and purple finches (hadn't seen any of them all winter). The deer family is hunkering down. We didn't see any of them today.

Rusty is looking mighty fine tonight! I'm glad you are nice and cozy safe inside. Brrrrr. I can't wait for spring! I hope you all have a good night watching the snow and relaxing :-D

If that was a bounce, it's gotta be the shortest one on record! :lol: Hope your knee is doing well Ella.
 
Looks like Rusty is moving up and away from those greens. He's enjoying his bedtime snack at the moment. See you all tomorrow.

Freezing but your friends and dinner groups sound like so much fun.
