Gooood Morning,

A higher number this morning for AMPS, probably a bounce for the unknown drops that might have happened yesterday when I was at work. It's sooo hard to guess of what could happen and planning food choices to set out, or not at all. Sometimes you get it right, sometimes you don't, but you just never know.

I'm off to work again, won't be back until PMPS. Setting out the automatic feeder for potential dives.

Came home to a super low number of 69 and Kona didn't eat her first dinner option. Tried a 2nd option, she didn't eat much, but she then finally ate most of it about 30-45 minutes later.

I was about 15 minutes late coming home and needing to give her shot, so not expecting any eating issues, I gave insulin before she ate all her food.

Looks like I'll be up late tonight to make sure she her BG stays up.

I’m kind of in emergency mode here… Kona got a 57 and is not eating, so I can’t boost her with high carb snack.

I just gave mirataz in hopes it kicks in quick so she eats high carb. Or her numbers start to go up naturally.

I don’t know what is wrong.

She just had diarrhea now... this is starting to be exactly like the episode we dealt with.

I wonder if it is the food I gave her today? The Glam N' Punk might be a culprit. It is very high in fat. Maybe that is upsetting her stomach and causing her issues.

Wow! I think this HAS to be the reason. She does not feel good after eating "TruLuxe Glam N' Punk" earlier today.

I sometimes feed this food as it is low carb, but it has twice the amount of fat content than the other foods I typically give.

It could be the fat content or some other ingredient in the food. Maybe even a bad batch, I've given to her for a few years now every once in awhile.

If you're reading this... this is exactly why it is important to document everything you can, everyday.

Yes, thank goodness, she just ate a teaspoon for me to boost BG.

Not sure what, but between having diarrhea and possibly getting the high fatty food out or me giving her the 8mg of Cerenia and also Mirataz, she ate.
