3/12 Smudge AMPS 339 +4.5 421 +7 393 +10 330 PMPS 348 depot bump?

Right now Smudge is still a bit skinnier than usual, and I've noticed a bump about 3-4" round in the area that I've been giving her the shots. I'm wondering if the depot is grabbing onto what little fat is there and since she's so underweight it shows. Has anyone else noticed this on a Levemir cat?
