We made it home, but it was a very difficult trip: last night I was coming down with something and this morning I had terrible lung congestion, no voice, and felt like hell warmed over (as my mother used to say). My two passengers were fine and helped me get through the 6.5 hour drive. Rusty also had his bad breathing, however. It must be related to the change in the weather (way too warm for us northerners!).
Anyway, we are home safely, my lungs feel better, and I am waiting for the next stage of the cold to present itself.
We are vegging out. See you tomorrow. Thanks for all the visits while we were in the city.
