Good morning all, looks like Pearl is flattening out and hopefully won't drop again today. I am having to use an awful lot of the MC to keep her squarely surfing. We are on Cycle 4 after her last reduction - should she drop again, does that count as a reduction, or what is the rule on timing for that again?

Chessie now has a URI - looks like the virus was activated through stress of procedure. Pretty congested, most I've ever experienced with a cat. Mouth breathing, lots of junk in nose. Doing lots of steamy bathroom visits. Will go to vet later on today, but wish I didn't have to stress her more with that.

Have a great Friday! One day to Caturday - we can do this!

Oh dear! So sorry about Chessie, hope she feels better soon. Good that Pearl is stable today. Good luck with the vet, and remember to take care of YOU too! :bighug:

Poor Chessie. I give my cats 1/4 of a tablet of Zyrtec twice a day when they start sneezing or get congested. I hope Pearl keeps surfing safely. Sending prayers. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

I'm glad Pearl behaved today and hope the vet visit for Chessie went okay :bighug::bighug::bighug: Thinking of your all :bighug:

Thanks all for your wonderful notes! I'm just getting to sit down now and try to go to sleep. Chessie has viral and bacterial URI so started on meds for that. The surgery stress must have kicked it off. Her red blood cell count is till GOOD, we will still need to monitor to make sure it doesn't drop. But I think at this point, I can go back to quasi-normal life...monitoring cats. Hopefully no more blips on the screen for awhile.

Hope everyone has had a good day and hope to check in on your condos tomorrow!
