Yesterday's slide

Zener only got to yellow on his latest bounce (anti-jinx) and he's starting off in the lagoon this morning. :mrgreen: He is doing fine, did a little yard patrol and is now napping by himself on the bed. Anne is off to her early class. :-x

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans. Sending comfort vines to Rebekah and Alex as they mourn the passing of their sweet Ole. Happy Tuesday, LL.

Wow, nice shooting! I hope Zener will surf in the lagoon all day long :mrgreen: . Soon Anne won't have to go to any class :-D . Hope you guys have a good day!

Those aren't bad numbers for Zener today. I hope he heads back to the lagoon soon.

Beautiful start after a wonderful night of surfing. :mrgreen: About today though ... I hope Zener isn't copying Neko with low nights and daytime bounces.

I celebrate too every time it's "just" a yellow bounce. :-D

YUCK!!! Mr. Liver is having a fit again. He is so tiresome. I guess I totally jinxed it. :-x :-x :-x

OT: I'm leaving early tomorrow morning (before the AM shot even!) to go to the Midwest for my aunt's funeral then to stay with my niece's kids for a few days. My sister and I are going to paint the living room (not my favorite thing to do :roll: :lol: :lol: ) but if that is what my niece wants, then I'm happy to do it. :-D :-D She is in her 3rd week of chemo and radiation treatment at MD Anderson. It's going well so far. Paws crossed.

Holy moly man...I was just about to say 'Nice, slow upwards slide", then I saw that PMPS. Seriously, Mr L....reign it in already!

Travel safely tomorrow, Liz. Think of how pretty the room will look with a fresh new coat of paint (I love painting!)! Once again, our deepest condolences about your aunt's passing.

Okay, Zener, that's high enough. No one has ever doubted your climbing skills, so no need to demonstrate them. Perhaps you're protesting Liz's pending departure, but you know she wouldn't leave you if it weren't something important, and Mamabean Anne will be there with you. So back 'er down, Z-man!

Rebekah (Rebekah and Ole-GA) came by our house tonight to give us Ole's vial of Lantus. We had never met in person so it was really nice to finally meet though under very sad circumstances. Somehow being able to use Ole's Lantus for Zener seems to help the sadness. We had a lovely visit and Zener came right out to meet her. We told him Rebekah was coming over to bring him Ole's medicine and that Ole had gone to the bridge. Zener knew Rebekah was very sad and he got on his testing stool and let Rebekah pet him. He was so very sweet.

Zener is getting a pokey break tonight and letting the beans get to bed. Night duty bean can rest up for the week as BIC!

What a sweet kitty Zener is, and so intuitive. I bet Rebekah feels some comfort in sharing Ole's insulin with him. cat_pet_icon

I most certainly feel comfort in sharing with sweet sweet Zener. I hope he is able to find the perfect dose somewhere within that vial. That would just be wonderful!

It was so nice meeting the 3 of you, and briefly the 4th, for just a second. Really very comforting, thank you.
