Hi,
Just as I though we were finally getting somewhere (amps +6 yesterday was 304), today reading spiked up back to 400 pre-shot. Ketones are still 1+ in blood. No traces in urine so far. Appetite is ok - about 2 or slightly more pouches of wet food per day (not really LC apparently, trying to sort it out here).
I've installed a new CGM 2 days ago. I'm probably overthinking, and the sensor was reporting intermittent failure at the time, but the readings were pretty weird:

So according to CGM the BG was falling rapidly, lowest point 14 (252) and sharp rebound to 20+ within a single hour. I need to mention, that CGM is terribly inaccurate with anything above 200, and usually shows HIGH while human meter reports around 300-340. So this all might be just sensor hallucinating. On the other hand, BG is high today.

Would appreciate if anyone can take a look on the spreadsheet and offer any advice (regarding dose or anything else that makes sense from your experience). I'm working from home, so can make BG tests any time (well, during the day), which might make sense. I know that 0.6U is not common dose and even with calipers +-0.05U is definitely a margin of error, but we are worried about his ketones, due to DKA just a month ago. Any other information I should provide, which might be useful?

Regards,
Alex

Hi Alex. I have noticed sometimes with CGMs that Indy is laying on it funny, it can cause steep dives immediately followed by a spike back up. I tend to disregard those.
