Just gone from 0.5 to 0.7IU...6th cycle - big drop!!

Mim had blood-test last week which revealed nothing of concern. Specialist visit yesterday which also left us with no answers. She tends to think it's most likely neurological, but really doesn't know. So we can either wait & see what happens or start doing more tests, MRI & spinal fluid to start. Mim atleast seems happy enough & no indication of pain - now just for me to decide where to from here!
 
Thanks for updating Andrew, sorry there's still no certain answers.

I'm glad to hear Mim is still a happy kitty - always a good sign.

Give Mim a hug and a scritch for me. Poor Mim, he has been through the kitty mill. As long as he's happy and in no pain and there's nothing *obvious*, hopefully it can't be too much to worry about:)

i'm sorry you haven't been given any real answers about mim's front legs yet.
happy to hear he doesn't seem to be bothered at all...
 
so tough to know what to do... It sounds promising that Mim doesn't seem to be in pain.

I hate that Mim has lost his pretty blue/green numbers. can you start grabbing more spot checks again (especially at night) so we can try to see if this dose is too high or too low? I wonder if he's dropping to green and bouncing, and you're just not catching it. Either that or he needs more insulin.
 
Andrew, thanks for the update. I was just thinking about you and Mim. I wish you luck in finding some answers. I'm glad he seems happy and in no pain. Good luck with the dosecrease, too.
