Today I gave Merme half snack at +4 and I'm saving the other half for +9, he's already asking for more, It is safe hold it to +9 even though he seems hungry?

Gave the other half of snack at his +9 he got his highest during this time with 127, now I’m thinking about his levels during my working hours the past days

Maybe he is heading to insulin shots again?

Hi Andrea, Try putting your "?" up in your title line so that you can get someone's eyes on Merme's spreadsheet and get an answer about a dose increase. It might just be the snack boosting his numbers, but I think it would be good to get some advice about the higher numbers you're seeing.

Let’s see what his PMPS is, in theory the +8/+9 snack will help bring numbers down into pre-shot with the smaller insulin doses.
