I have done mirtazapine because that is what I had. I get the one you recommended early next week and will try it.

he is eating some on his own. His Tuna Squeeze Ups. Not something for his permanent diet but shows me he does have an appetite. I am seeing incremental improvements in mood, energy, and a bit of an appetite. I have tried so many things lately including subq fluids it is not 100% clear what is exactly contributing to his incremental improvement. One day at a time. Just glad the diabetes activities are minimum right now. I am sure all that poking and prodding didn’t help either.

Mac ate 14 Tuna Squeeze Ups today. They are only 7 calories each but it was good to see him free eat those without prompting. I hope it indicates he has some appetite. Now to get him to eat something better, but it is better than where we have been the last 2 weeks. Will probably syringe feed him a bit before bedtime to get him a little more calories and nutrition into him.
