When I got home from work yesterday, all the HC/MC food was eaten Cleo had a good appy this morning, good LB action, and is patrolling the catio.
I thought I was opening a new pen today, but it was only half full. Turns out that at some time I must have started using a new pen before that one was empty. :sad: ohmygod_smile I opened it in 10/13, and it expires on 12/2015. The one I just threw out exp. on 5/2016. It looks clear and was kept in the fridge. Hope it is okay - will have to keep an eye on her numbers.

Nice sunny start for Cleo this morning. I hope she slides down today. I hope the "new" pen is okay.

If you opened the "new" pen 5 months ago, it may or may not be okay. I hope it's okay.

i had done that too with the pens... mine were always ok, never had a problem with the it and rising BG.

I haven't used the pens, but I can see myself doing that! I hope the juice is ok. Cleo is looking lovely this morning in blue already . Yay for the good appy and LB action!

I think I will open a real new pen tomorrow, unless Cleo is showing low numbers. I will be home to test, so it is a good day to see if this pen is getting old.
