Well, I am liking this morning's cycle MUCH better than yesterday's! No Mr. Hyde kitty either. :lol: :lol: Zener's appy is OK, not great, but better than yesterday. Looks like he came down overnight. I gave him a drop of karo with that big drop at +1.

Michelle: Yes, pink is better than red and yellow is better still. Hoping for some blue. Paws crossed.
Melissa: This is one of the best days of the year: the start of Spring Break. :-D And his numbers are coming down.

Thinking of Rosalie, Rupert and Pip, Moonie and Roni, Sid and Lydia, and others who are ailing. Happy Caturday, LL!

Wow on that +1. I hope the karo slows his drop. Surely blue at next test! Have a nice Spring Break. Ours ended Friday.

Look at that blue +2!! Very nice! I'm glad Zener is feeling a little better today. Enjoy your Spring Break...what a nice feeling to know you have a week off!

I'm glad Z is more Jekyll and less Hyde today. :lol: It'll be interesting to see where his numbers go today. Hooray for spring break and 10 days of bliss. :-D

Oh spring break! I remember looking so forward to it in past years...until we moved to this area. NOW I dread it...people here tend to make their first visits to their lake cabins bringing their little hellions and let them run wild. I hope you enjoy yours MUCH more!!!!

I had to go back to yesterdays condo to read about Mr. Hyde kitty...... :o :o wow Zener that is NO way to treat your bean! I hope your attitude has shaped up today, nobody likes a kitty with a bad tude! (PS sometimes Leo has a bad tude at his grandbeans place too) But its good to hear that he's feeling better today too, all your LL aunties are worried about you Z! Keep eatin your fuds today ok?

We had a great car ride home last night, i did everything Terri said and Leo purred throughout the whole trip home......what a difference!!! :-D

I hope you enjoy your spring break, i'm jealous!

Nicer blue numbers today, appy still off, but he is eating on his own, about 1/2 his usual amount this am cycle. It's warm and sunny here, so both kitties got a nice roll in the dirt followed by brushing! :smile:

@Angela - looks like he is surfing now in the mid blues so below renal threshold! :-D

@Serryn - we have paws crossed his appy gets back to where it was before this last bout of pukus. We have him on ondansetron now for nausea, so hoping that helps.

@Linda - looks like the drop of karo did the trick and now mid-blues. So sorry your spring break is over.

@Georgia - it is a relief to know we have a week off, especially with his appy on the low side right now.

@Randa - we are in day 1 of bliss. ;-) Zener has been such a trooper through all of this, it was a shock to see him so grouchy. He seems to be back to his regular self today.

@Lyresa - Zener is heeding your advice with a nice slow slide now. So sorry you are over run with wild animals during spring break, er, I mean human children.

@Tracy - that's great news Leo had a good trip and especially good news for his ever lovin' bean! Zener's appy was good last night and diminished a bit this am cycle. Three ounces per cycle is our target point for not needing to syringe so we've met that this morning, whew!

@kim & simon - nice shades, very cool cat! :lol:

Mixing and matching the three foods he will eat, so a range of carbs, and using fortiflora sprinkled on each mini meal to help his appy. These poor appy spells sure are frustrating. And we are grateful he is eating on his own enough that we don't have to syringe him! We have an appointment with his vet on Tuesday for a recheck, so will see how things are with his appy. He had a nice healthy poo in the LB this morning, so it doesn't look like motility issues as was the case last time.

Oh yes, Spring Break, my son just came home last night. He has to work the whole break though, mama bean has to get a little cash for his tuition!

I'm glad Zener is eating again. I hope he has a nice surf today!

glad to hear the little guy's appetite is a little better! lucky you - spring break! ours doesn't start for 2 weeks. i'll be more than happy to have a week off! wahoo!

@julie - his appy waxes and wanes but seems to be a little on the upswing. :?

Despite his high numbers at the end of this cycle, he is eating a bit better and seems to be feeling better. He is on backyard patrol at this very minute and on the search for the perfect poo spot. Looks like success, so Inspector Poo is off for a good look! :shock:

Big bummer on that pmps. the day was starting out so well.... Zener - what's up? Mannie will do this on occasion too - Wallas so frustrating to see those reds pop up on the meter. Here's hoping that Zener remembers soon how much better things are when one is a yellow or a blue kitty. well, the morning was good.... at least you ca sleep tonight: permission granted. :-D

Boy, these fuzzy kitties love to keep us guessing, don't they? I hope Zener clears this bounce and gets his appy back to 100% ASAP!
