3/10 Tarragon PMPS 176

Good morning to you. Tarragon is looking good. Just out of curiosity, do you know why Tarragon spikes up to the 200-300's every once and a while? I looked at his spreadsheet to see if I could see a fluctuation in his sugar that might cause that, but I can't seem to figure it out. Maybe it is just his body still getting use to the good numbers. I am just curious. Over all he looks amazing.
 
Hey Tina! There are a few things that cause Tarragon to spike. He has asthma and IBD so anytime one of those is in a flare it can cause it. We are getting into allergy season so there will be more of it due to his asthma. He also takes prednisolone daily which makes it more of a challenge. Sometimes when he spikes like that, he hasn't eaten his overnight food like last night. We have been at this for about 4 years and he has multiple issues that we have to balance. We don't get too worked up by those spikes. They usually work themselves back out again.

Thanks for that information. Tarragon really is doing fantastic, especially with all the different issues. I was just curious.
