Good Saturday Morning, Everyone,
Rusty seems to like his slightly fattened dose and I'm glad I took him back up when I did, rather than waiting too long. We are 3/4s of the way through the Daylight Savings Time adjustment and it was hard getting up in the dark this morning. I don't understand what the benefits are for starting DST so early in the year (or, for that matter, for hanging onto it later and later every year). Anyway, Rusty had a good test, breakfast (Wellness Turkey, 2 sittings), shot, and a weigh-in (16 lbs., 14.5 oz.! he gained 1.5 ounces this week). We had a good play with the tinsel wand, and now he is chillaxin' on his bed by the radiator. I am watering houseplants and starting to get stuff together for our trip to NYC tomorrow. We got about 2 inches of snow overnight, but a warming trend is on the way and it's supposed to be in the 50s tomorrow. It will probably be 70 degrees in NYC and we will roast!!
Wishing everyone a good day and sending healing vines to Sid, Sasha, all sick kitties, and to Katie, the bravest girl in the world.

Hey Kitties, I'm going to the city tomorrow and want to invite you all to visit me starting on Monday. We'll go to Central Park for the usual hot dogs and tourist-watching; we'll go fishing for eels in the East River; we'll take the ferry to Staten Island; we'll go to a beach. We'll have fun. Hope you can come.
