I still find myself looking for "tiff" LOL--
looks like we have a few increases around here!!
Good luck to Max with the juice.... Dre has already dropped more than he has been my diver! (because I am leaving for work naturally:banghead:)
 
Darn now he's been n and out of his litter box and peeing small amounts. Normal large pee balls earlier. He was possibly getting constipated but went normally late afternoon. He missed getting to his box twice. I left a message for his vet. I hate to stress him with another visit as it seems like the URI is going away. I don't know what to do.
 
Is there any way that you could get a urine sample at home? It's not quite as accurate as a sterile draw, but it would be a good first step and it wouldn't be as stressful on him.

...and sending lots of feel better vines!
 
He just peed on the floor so I got a sample that I drew up in a syringe and i's in the fridge until I get a call back.

Oh, Elise, I'm so sorry you have another thing to worry about now. Sending a TON of prayers that everything resolves quickly....poor Max. How's he doing now? Have you heard from the vet?

I just got off the phone with my vet. He said to give it 24 hours in case it's from stress and that it is a good idea to try some bupe which I just gave to him. He said he'd be happy to look at the sample I collected but felt it would not be worthwhile. He will be in the office until noon tomorrow so he said to call if it'd continues to have problems and otherwise we will talk next week.

Sorry to hear you have another worry on your shoulders with Max....Will add my prayers and vines that it's just stress and he'll be doing much better tomorrow.

Those are much nicer numbers today though, so try to smile about the small victories!!

Hope your mom rallies and is feeling better soon too! :bighug::bighug::bighug:
