I actually count yesterday as 7 days in normal numbers, but his nadirs aren’t super low and he’s still having some low blue pre-shots so I’m going to hold it for now. We just increased about two weeks ago, and he was on 0.75 for so long before that I was hoping 1.0 would help set him in the right direction again.

LOL! I started the count on 3/4 but I didn't say anything in case I jinxed it.

I'm torn between taking the reduction tomorrow (his blue preshots are almost 100 with meter variance) and holding the dose longer. Let's ask @tiffmaxee

The BG is not getting too close to 60. I think I would hold a couple more days and then reduce. Or you could try a skinny 1,0 now.
