Big girl pants: do the calico dance with tenuous power, reduced food [amount and % carbs], and daylight savings slide. Cali does not look worried. She did tell us time to test and feed screaming at DH when he came in from barn. Already on her perch.
On the other hand I was calculating daylight savings shift and accidentally pricked myself. Never one to waste a test, my BG 116. GUESS CALI IS DOING BETTER THAN ME . She is my daily reminder that I do NOT want to get diabetes. Put the chips and ice cream away.

The reduction level for long term diabetics is 40, but I think you want to err on the side of caution and take a reduction.

Did I say big girl pants? Cali left her warm heater in the bedroom to come ask for test/food loudly! She can tell time too.
Where to now? This is first lime green [that we know of ] in a long time.

Well…so much for cutting feed back from TBSP to TSP and trying to maintain carbs @ 4%. The girl did protest but now satisfied and back to bed by the heater she went [after she marked / claimed all her spots daring the boys to invade her space.
