Hello!

@julie & punkin (ga) , thank you for the link to the cat nutrition site! I have been wondering about cooking for Billie, so that is super helpful. She doesn't like raw or at least didn't like any of the raw I bought a while back, but cooking may be worth a try.
Her appy wasn't great this morning, but it picked up tonight. She got Pepcid this afternoon - maybe that's why. She is still enjoying the FF chicken and also went for some Merrick turkey pate.
She actually coughed once this afternoon. She was getting close to the bottom of an inhaler and I'm thinking it was losing strength. I was giving her an extra puff to compensate, but it was probably still not enough. Luckily, her new inhalers arrived in the mail today, so I started a new one. The other possibility is that it was a dry heave and not a cough, but it sounded like a cough. Her hairball/vomit sounds are different. I'm going to start ordering more inhalers at once and throwing them away when they get down to 40ish puffs (they start at 120).
Otherwise, she seems to be feeling good. She is sprawled out in her favorite couch corner. I got her a Jackson Galaxy cave thing that I saw at the pet store because it looked so cool...it's soft but it has wiring around the outside so it expands and is somewhat adjustable, but it's tiny! Billie is a pretty small cat, and there's no way she would fit happily in this thing. I felt bad because she was totally trying to go in it, but there just wasn't enough room. It would be cool for a kitten.
I hope everyone is doing okay. Sending lots of vines to all the kitties and beans needing vines.
