Alska is swimming today which is good because I have a civvie who bled all over the bathroom last night. She may not be alive when I get home.

It is so difficult for me to be at work today when I want to be home with my girl.

Thank you for all your comforting wishes. Emmylou has a UTI and possibly crystals and/or stones. She was too stressed for xrays but she may also have thyroid issues.

She is 13 and spent her first 12 years eating medium carb canned food 2x per day and dry food for grazing UNTIL a year ago when I removed all dry food and started feeding raw. Unfortunately the damage has already been done. I also fear that she is diabetic. I will not be able to test her. She has had untreated ear infections all of her life. I tore up a bedroom trying to put drops in her ears so vet said not to do it anymore. I don't think she will let me touch her paws. I may just have to put her down.
 
Honey sorry to be reading this just now. Prayers for you and Emmylou. But I wouldn't put her down without at least trying to treat. She might surprise you.
