I worked today & just got home, sorry for the late post.

I attribute her higher pmps # today to the same reasons as Tawny's: I left 6% food out for her all day and she had been getting the 0% since Tues. p.m. & also I don't know how close to her pmps # she ate.

I think that new 0% food really makes a difference for her.

She has another stinking rodent ulcer sore on her neck and she's only been off the Clav about a week so she's back on it as of tonite. The vet said that if the Clav didn't work long term she might have to get some kind of steroid but I really do not want to go there. But she can't stay on Clav forever.

Hi Desi, I wanted to ask about the 0% food. What brand is it and where do you buy it?

Cyclosporine might be another option for Tink - won't raise BG. But I think it is pricier than prednisone. Christie & Willie use it - you could PM her for info. I believe it can be used for rodent ulcers.
