It takes a couple of days for the kitty's body to get used to the new dose, hence the bouncing affect. I know that Blackie bounces whenever I change her dose, and/or her food amount. This may be what is happening with Pepper. Just hang in there, and keep doing what you're doing. It'll clear out.

Looks like a later nadir today. I grew up with a handsome all black cat, so I agree that he's a looker.
