Another increase today. I'm hoping Max's IBD flare is calming and his numbers come down. I sure do miss the blue and green.

I think it is. He isn't having any of his normal flare symptoms, but I'm going to keep up on his budesonide for a few more days before I go back to a maintenance dosage. I might be grasping, as I do when he backsides, but I'm wondering about his insulin. I'm down to about 30U left on current pen. I might try a new one tomorrow.

It may not be the insulin. It's possible that he just needs to be taken to a higher dose before he breaks through to better numbers and slides back down the dosing ladder. If you see his SS, he did something like that from Nov 2021 to Jan 2022.
