New Pen.
This day started off badly
Checks did not wake me with sink squalling, which scared me. He was not in sight, but did come, when he heard me get up. I let him have his drink.
Then he submissively let me test. He normally complains as I do it, trying to get away.
He ate only a little breffis, and his Tapazole in Pill Pocket. Then he barfed....I figured he drank too much water before he ate.
The hacking/barfing went on for the good part of a half hour. It wasn't that "I'm nauseated", wail that warns of impending vomit.....just hairball type hacking. Foamy and yellow with a little hair and sometimes a bit of mucous. I had visions of his stomach lining coming up.
Of course, he couldn't just stand still and try to get it up, he walked all over the house, sticking his head wherever it was the hardest to me to get the towel under his face.
When he finally settled down, I got some hairball med in him. I thought that might be more helpfull than Pepcid in this case.
He came looking for food after about an hour, so he got baby food/fortiflora.
I wouldn't imagine, he would only now be having a reaction to the Tapazole....it's been 2 weeks.
