Good Morning All,

That amps was actually a +11.25. I made the mistake of stirring early, triggering mayhem.
Seems everyone was starving, and letting me know that they had not eaten, for seven whole hours!
Checks ate heartily, for a change, then went back for more, when he saw little brother eyeing his dish. :-D
He jumped up on bathroom sink for drink, but bean ignored him, so he was forced to drink from fountain. :smile: Nap in progress now.

Oh oh, +1 is not looking good. Opened pen on 1/29. If it's bad, I have to wait until tonite to find out :cry:
Yesterday's numbers were terrible, but I thought he was having an 'off' day; vet check, etc..or maybe a fur shot.
Lemme think; he ate at 6:45...two hours ago. I won't freak out until I get another pink.

Oh, my! Waking up early starts mayhem up here too. They just don't understand why I am not starting the routine, if I am awake. They seem to know exactly what time it is in other situations but if I get up early all bets are off.

I hope the higher numbers are only due to the pen pooping out. Checkers, come on down some, you're freaking out your bean!

Good morning guys ... sorry to see that pink start to the day .. I hope a new pen will take care of those pinks for you guys ... since mocha sleeps locked up in our room, when me and peter talk in the morning, we talk in hushed whispers, but somehow ... that doesn't matter to mocha! have a great day guys!

Another pink day. Last test was done with different meter. It would have been pink too, if I had used the Relion again. So there is no doubt now, that this pen is toast. The last one, out of the same box, was good 'til the last drop. Strange.
I took advantage of Check's bad luck, to make a trip to Walmart for strips. When I got back at +7, he was hungry and fiesty.
I have a small carpeted, table-like thing, that they use, to get up to the LB's. (I don't have to bend to clean them) Checkers was sprawled out on it, and wouldn't let Clancy get to LBs. He kept bopping him on the head, when he tried to jump up.
Did I help Little One? You kidding? I laughed myself silly. :lol:
When I went for the camera, they both followed me...darn!

I hope it is just the pen and a new one tonight does the trick.

I hear you on the response to the recall. I got that last year from my EX-vet about the Vetsulin recall!

I've never been so happy to see a new cycle begin. Started a new pen tonight. Oh,how I pray that's what's been keeping my guy in the pink for two days.
I swear he knew help was coming. He happily jumped up onto the testing table, when I called "MEDICINE!"
I'll gladly sit up all night, if this lowers him.

Yippee for yellow. Guess it was the pen.
I switched meters halfway, and this one is a little lower then the Relion, but still in the ballpark.

LOL. Love the litterbox drama! Willie is like that... if I head for the camera, he instantly stops whatever cuteness had prompted me to go look for it!

So glad the pen appears to be providing instant gratification! We'll take it!!
