Happy Friday ! Rooh is feeling good and eating a little better today. Last night was his second night being locked in the bathroom all night and he didnt spray anywhere that i have been able to find.

Yay Rooh! Now just keep up that good behavior cuz mamma is tired of cleaning up pee.

I am going to spray the outside of our house perimeter with some watered down essential oil in hopes of keeping the neighborhood toms away. This morning Rooh had to eat his breffis in front of the front door, his favorite place to spray. That has working in the past, so we are trying it again.

Rooh's SS is looking awesome, though I don't see any data past PMPS last night. Looks like this is his 6th day on this dose?

Good luck on scaring away the tom's. Cleaning up spray has got to be the worst. Does his vet have any suggestions?

I just updated it Wendy. Nah the vet really doesnt have any ideas. He has been spraying off and on for 6 yrs. He is 14 and was neutered as a kitten. He has been tested for UTI several times and it was determined that it's just territorial behavior. They say don't scold or punish a cat but I think ECID in that regards because that is the only thing that works with him. Or well was... being sick with diabetes seemed to work too. He was the perfect angel when he was his sickest. I have tried Feliway before and he just sprayed them. I have tried lowering all the blinds and he sprays them. By chance I discovered Wisteria hydrosol does calm him some. I may have to pull that out again but I am going to try the oils on the outside of the house first. I have tried giving him theanine in the past and it helped some but not completely. I have not tried valium or anything else.

I think what would help the most is if all the neighborhood cats would stay away.

@Wendy&Neko Yes this is his 6th day on this dose. His vet thinks i should try to hold him here for a few weeks if possible because he started drinking more water when we jumped down to 1 u. so I am keeping a close eye on his drinking to see if lessens up.
