Gave PurrFace the reduction he earn yesterday with the +5/42 so he's now at 1.25U.

He had a real good night; more playful than he's been in a long time. The 1/4" rope on their favorite scratching post was pretty much destroyed from constant use so I re-did it. I bought the same rope but a bit larger at 3/8". When I put the finished product down he tried it out. I guess he liked it because he scratched on it for at least 3 minutes. When he'd get tired he would stay setting up on his butt with his paws resting on the post to take a rest and then start scratching it again. Maybe the thicker rope gives him a better grip. He did nearly pull it over a few times.

Thank you to everyone that visited our condo yesterday. It was one of those days that I just lost control of my time and I got out of my routine. :lol: Nice sun shinny day here. Have a great day everyone.

Well Congrats PF ! it's always good to reduce. we miss the sun ! it's dusty here , so you guys go and enjoy it !

Never thought I would be happy to see a pink. I might have cut his dose too much. He was at a fat 1.5 and I dropped him to 1.25. The blue &green PM cycle last night was probably from some carry over from the 1.5F. His PMPS number is the lowest number he's had today so we'll see how he does and go from there.

Home made scratch post does last long! I have a 5 ft tall scratch post made by a friend, it lasted for over 10 yrs :o esp when you consider how many cats are using that! My furry family loves it!
Come down Purrface, slide into some nice blue & green.
Enjoy a lovely weekend John, have you started on the bunk bed?

See how he does but I probably wouldn't have cut it more than .25u.

I envision him doing a Tarzan swoop across a river on his new rope :lol:
