Tucker has been doing pretty well. He has had a few experiments with gingerbread cookies, pate, and candy canes during the holidays, and has gotten quite good at unwrapping edible gifts... We are giving him 2.75 with some exceptional days (candy cane days...) where are vet told us to give him a tiny push and do a 'fat' 2.75. When we do this he goes back to normal ranges pretty quickly.
I've not been posting as I've been off to hospital myself. My family did the best they could on days when nobody was home to do additional tests. They were able to make sure someone was always home to give Tucker his insulin when it was due, and that's all I could ask from them. Onwards and upwards and I hope you all had nice holidays. Patty
