Hi!
Just wanted to let people who understand how we have been feeling that our sugar kitty Roscoe after 28 days is OTJ! We are aware that she could have to go back on insulin, but we are going to try it with diet control. Wish us luck.
There are several opinions I have gotten from vets that it is okay to feed the Purina dm or Hills MD food. Since Roscoe is only 8.8 pounds it would be 3/8 of a cup per day. What is the opinion of my friends here? Also, are the low carbs, shall we say, over the counter foods okay to feed her. She loves the Friskies Mixed Grill and does not like the Purina dm, it's very dry wet food. Any advice is so welcomed.
