Morning

Remi isn't quite so low this morning but still in the blue zone. Will grab one more reading in abit then head off to work. If he isn't much lower I will get my partner to just test at +4.

So last night and today I have been feeding him more like his usual pattern as so the food at +4 kept him above 50.
 
Thanks Angela. Remi's surf continues and as others advised the lantus cycle seems to be flattening out.
 
I LOVE the change in Remi's SS the last few days. :mrgreen: How's he been feeling/acting with these nice normal numbers?

He is much more like his normal self :-D back to being very vocal , laying in his old haunts and generally making himself known. Much less drinking and peeing. Keeps eye contact again and sleeps happily with me in bed again rather than under it. :-D :-D

The only thing that hasn't changed is the weakness in his back legs. He is not sure about jumping onto things and still walks slowly up the stairs. Before he loved nothing more than to find a high spot but hopefully it is early days.

WOOT! what a perfect cycle today! nice a flat and green - that's what we love to see.

for his hind leg weakness, I can't remember if you have tried Zobaline? It can take a while, but makes a huge difference in many cats. Also as the blood sugar gets into normal numbers, that can improve hind leg weakness in some cats too.

Yes his cycle does seem to be flattening out :-D

No I have never heard of zobaline, will look it up today. It's been four weeks since his last vit b injection so will ask the vet for another.
