Crazy work day again, sorry I'm only posting at +3.

Have given her a LC snack to hold her over until past +5 so she doesn't go under 50 and send her pancreas and liver into a panic.
 
Beautiful surf for a beautiful kitty! Hope she can stay in the lagoon and surf all day - sorry for the crazy day mama....it's always like that! They know just when things are the worst for a nice surf... :facepalm:

May I ask, what is '20gl' - I see that in various places on your SS...??

LOL, they pick their times!

20glc is 20g low carb, if I give her an in between snack!

Thanks, hopefully after next week we have 2 new people starting, I can hand some clients over. It will involve training though, but will settle down eventually!
