I think someone should invent like a diabetes holiday. Ship the cat off unregulated and get it back in healthy condition! Probably not. But I'm a nervous wreck, I can definitely admit that

She's eating right now, and will be having food out all night, 5% and 7%. She always have food out when I'm sleeping.

depending on whether she is up or down or flat you will decide what to feed her at that point.
Have you noticed if she comes looking for food when she has had these lower numbers.

I'm not feeding her during the night, she has free access. I just make sure they doesn't run out of food..
Not exactly looking, but she hardly look at it before she inhales it.
And, I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but her fur on her flanks is twitching when she's green?
