So yesterday was weird watching her BSL go unchanged and I think it being my first shot in some time that it may have been a fur shot. Anyway, her shot last night went better and now her AMPS is 108 after 0.25U last night, do I still shoot on that? I'm home all day and can check her BSL though I'm not sure if that BSL is normal at this point?

Has she seen the vet since her numbers went up? Have you made sure there's not some underlying issue that caused the increase? It would be good to see what her numbers are a few hours after her PM shot - with a limited amount of data it's hard to say what's going on.

Fingers crossed, though, that she is actually back in remission! Did you shoot after the 108? If not, it would be good to see where she is at +3, to see if she's dropping on her own or going up. Barring some underlying issue that's causing this, the best thing to do now is gather more data to determine whether she will need ongoing insulin.

Thanks, the first appt available with the 1 vet I trust isn't until Friday unfortunately but we booked it. I didn't shoot today and her +3 (86) was even a bit lower than her AMPS (95). I just did a +9 and she's at 216 so it looks like I'll shoot tonight though I'll still do a PMPS. I'll stay up tonight to get at least a +1 and +2 because we need more data there for sure. So grateful to still have this forum and everyone being so helpful :)
