Hi guys! Just checking in with Nacho's new insulin level of 4 units... reds today but no high peaks. Hopefully starting to settle into the new dose. I'm feeling better with no black. I didn't check him mid day yesterday as I accidentally hurt his ear for his AM test and he got cranky. I didn't want to stress him or myself out.... I hate doing that to him! I still can't post any photos for you! @Bron and Sheba (GA)

I can’t post any photos either. Somethings not working.

Because you went back down in dose to 2.5 units, when the 5 units were giving you better numbers, you may have to go above 5 units before you see much movement in the BGs because Nacho could have got a bit of glucose toxicity. So don’t be concerned if you need to go higher than you did before. Just keep doing what you are doing at the moment. If you get a chance to test later still in the PM cycle it would be good to see how low he is dropping.
