How often should I test?? We just a couple days ago got a dose reduction. This morning +5 he was at 69… I’m worried he was lower but I wasn’t able to get into the house earlier to test. Tonight at +2 he’s already at 51, I’m on alert but how quickly could it go down? And is it possible for dose reductions to happen so close?

I’m not a pro by any means but that 35 is too low, did you test again to make sure it’s accurate? If so do you have a hypo kit handy? You should give some karo or syrup on gums and a bit of food to raise his numbers. How is he behaving?

Thanks! Yes, I just tested again he’s up at 84. I managed to stay calm. He was more or less himself, a bit dosy, but followed me downstairs for some food thankfully

Perfect, I would still keep a close eye in case he dips again since it is so early after his shot

I don't see that 35 on your spreadsheet? What you need to do is go back to your spreadsheet and in the +2 cell leave the 51 and right under the 51 put 35 +2.5 , some members might not see that you posted that, we need to see it on the spreadsheet.
So just put 51 then 35 +2.5 in the same cell and color code it manually with the neon green
Also in your title after you have +2 51 add 35+2.5 if you don't have room to add it to your title you can delete the AMPS numbers and start off with PMPS numbers

Was just brought to our attention the +3.5 is 64. You need to enter that the same way I explained d how to enter the 35 +2.5
Same cell leave the 84 +3 and in the same cell add 64 +3.5 and color code it manually dark green . Update your title please , no one will see those notes in your remarks section

Yes I believe so, enough time has passed since the last reduction.

Correct...she's been giving 1.25 for 6 cycles so any leftover depot from the 1.5 dose is long gone

Perfect! I'm glad you got his BG to come up. New dose will be 1 unit , congrats on the reduction One thing on your spreadsheet where the 35 +2.5 is you need to color code that the neon green not dark green
