Seems BG stars to go down slowly, happy to see the blue. Hope she goes steady and slowly with no drop surprises. I Think that i have to check after 2 or 3 hours.

She's breaking the bounce from those greens the other night. I'd give her some LC and test again in an hour. Hopefully she'll just surf. If she goes under 68, get the high carb food out. I'm running out but you've got this!

Sounds good!

I'm also in and out today, but will be looking for the next test before I have to go to my meeting later. Hopefully the low-carb will help slow her down and keep her surfing in these nice numbers!

+4 69 woooow i really want to cry.

0.5 is not that much why she is dropping fast, she was doing fin!!

You guys are doing great, it's all perfectly normal what is going on now!

Once you get to know her patterns a bit better, you may be able to anticipate days like today-- even today, you kind of knew at the PMPS that you were going to see some downward movement. Many have found that feeding a small LC meal early on can slow down these drops-- so, maybe next time, if you see at the pre-shot that it looks like a bounce might break, you could feed a small meal at +2 rather than waiting for the number at +3 to trigger action.

It's all part of the (steep) learning curve with this, but, really, you are doing fantastic!

Since i saw a slow nice drop i did not think that she is going to fall that fast suddenly.

It takes a little while to figure out each cat's patterns, it's true! But today, she dropped about 100pts between pre-shot and +3, which is a fair amount-- that's why Karen advised an LC meal then, to try to slow things down a bit. The goal is to get them to have nice, flat cycles, spending almost all of their time in dark greens and low blues-- but it's very rare a cat will get to that quickly, it takes time. Bouncing (which I expect her to do again from this low!) is the norm for most cats when they start, and for some cats, always! @Kris & Teasel can tell you all about that, for sure!

The great thing about MeMe is that she's not only getting to the good, healing numbers on a fairly low dose, but her bounces have (so far) been pretty short. She's looking good!

But thought 0.5 will be just fine because it is very low dose.

Should i go with it for one more day or reduse it right away?

I'd hold the .5u and see if she'll flatten out into more green. When they are clearing bounces there is more momentum. It's you're choice. If she goes below 68 then a reduction is in order.
