I would like to know if I should give him his injection. He did not eat the entire can of FF.
Djoko's weight is between 4-5 k.

Do you think he'll eat more later? He doesn't have to have the full meal before shooting Lantus, as it doesn't take effect for a couple of hours. You just want to make sure that he's not ill and refusing food entirely.

At least he ate some food, so I think he'll be OK, but you know your cat, and you are the best judge of whether he is feeling sick or not.

Adding: I would also re-test that number, as it is a lot lower than the +9. If he really is that low, he is going down fast, possibly breaking his bounce tonight, and you might want to be more cautious.

I was going to re-test to see if he was not still going down. I have to be absent for 3 hours after that. Is it OK? I will test and tell you the number. I am 30 min passed schedule. He normally snacks at +2 and +4 and then get hungrier throughout the end of cycle.

17.7mmol/L? Back up in the pinks? You can definitely shoot that number (if you haven't already!), even with a little food bump he'll be fine. That makes me think the 9.3 might have been a bad strip, actually.

Yes. I think that the strip that I used when I got the 9.3 result may have spent some too much time on the table. I was happy though that he was back in the blue. Why the difference is so significant between 1.25 and 1U. Do you still he is still bouncing?

Did you see how Djoko is back in the high? :S
I have been advised to wait 7 days after change of dose. I thought it was after 3 days (6 cycles). What are your thoughts?
